Refund Policy

Basic Terms

If for any reason you are unhappy with the Proxy-Spider service we will issue you a refund.

The following conditions should be met for a refund:

  • - The refund is only eligible in two hour after purchase.
  • - The refund is only eligible for new customers who have not made a previous order before.
  • - The refund is only eligible if your payment method is Credit (Debt) Card or PayPal payment via Paddle payment gateway.

To request a refund you nave to send a email with refund request to [email protected]
Your refund request should contain the following information:

  • - ID of the service
  • - A reason of your refund request - description of the issues which you faced.

Your request must be sent from your Proxy-Spider account email address.

Please pay your attention that Public Proxies service is not refundable!
